Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management - Residential Development
This Level 6 qualification is designed for individuals working as Construction Site Managers, specifically within the Residential Development pathway. It is a work-based qualification that enables learners to demonstrate, recognise, and validate their skills, knowledge, understanding, and operational competence in a real workplace environment.
The qualification supports learners to attain enabling, fundamental, and transferable practical skills with associated underpinning knowledge necessary to manage residential building sites safely and efficiently. On completion, learners will have demonstrated the occupational competence required to progress to higher-level management qualifications or advanced senior management positions within the construction industry, as well as meeting the requirements to apply for a CSCS Black Managers Card.
